Privacy Policy

Effective October 14, 2026 · Stenzil, a service of Bold Minds LLC, Phoenix, Arizona

This policy covers the Stenzil service: website changes requested by text message, operated by Bold Minds LLC ("we", "us").

What we collect

Your phone number, the website addresses you text us, the photos you text us, the content of your messages (your change requests and our replies), and your name and contact details if you share them. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

To provide the service: receive your requests, make the changes, send you previews and confirmations, and bill your subscription. We also keep records of signup consent and service delivery as required for compliance.

If you use a contact form on a site we host

When you send a message through a contact form on a website Stenzil hosts, we receive what you typed, usually your name, email address and message, along with the network address the message came from. We pass it to the site's owner and keep a copy so it is not lost in transit. We use it only to deliver your message and to stop abuse of the form. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to you.

Vercel filters form submissions for abuse on our behalf and sees the sending address as part of that.

Text messaging data

Mobile opt-in and text messaging data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments and billing), Quo (text messaging), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI processing of your requests and site content), Capsule (our customer records), Vercel (content delivery and abuse filtering), Better Stack (system monitoring), DigitalOcean (infrastructure and hosting), and Pirsch (visit counts). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies. We count visits to our own pages, and to our customers' sites at their stenzil.app addresses, and taps on our text-us link, with Pirsch, without cookies or personal identifiers. We run no other tracking. The site sets no cookies of its own, so no consent banner is required.

Retention

We keep message and consent records while your subscription is active and for up to four years afterward, to meet record-keeping obligations. Trial preview content is deleted within about a month of the preview expiring. Ask us to delete data we're not required to keep and we will.

Do Not Track

Our pages don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Visits are counted without cookies or personal identifiers, so nothing is stored on your device to turn off.
